Not as described. Supposed to fit up to 28kg dog collar size to 31 ins. My dog is just over 26kg & 27 collar and it won't get anywhere near her. More like a puppy size not a dog! Contacted seller with photos & was refunded with no problem. I will give the harness to our local dog trust charity as seller said not to return it. A+++++ thank you.
