Full Coverage Return/Exchange Policy (Flaro Deals covers return postage and replacement fees):
We sent the wrong item(s) or order.
You received damaged or broken items.
The product quality is poor or defective.
Limited Coverage Return/Exchange Policy (Customer is responsible for return postage and replacement fees. Flaro Deals does not refund shipping costs):
Items with opened packaging.
Products exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals, including but not limited to liquid silver polish, pool water, hot tubs, or spas.
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
Return Process
1. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packaging and securely seal the parcel.
3. Drop off your package at your local post office.
4. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the exchange or refund in accordance with our return conditions.
5. We will notify you via email once your return or exchange is processed.
Return Conditions
You have 14 days to decide if the item is right for you. If not, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in unused condition with original packaging. We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.

If the return is due to a product issue or logistical error, we prioritize processing the refund immediately after resolution. Refunds made via PayPal are processed in real-time. Credit card refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
