How To Use Tracking APP:

1.Scan QR code on the instruction manual,Download the APP "Setracker2"

2.Choose language and your area to register account.We have 5 server area now, they are Hong Kong, Asia and Oceania, North America, South America, Europe and Africa.You should choose the correct area that your SIM card belongs to.
(We have set the watch to the IP address of your country before sending. The watch will not be able to connect to the network once the service area that you chose is different with the IP address of the watch.)

3.Scan QR code sticker on the back cover of the watch,or enter the ID to bind the watch. Each watch has an unique ID, it can only be used once and tracked by one phone.
Q: Why the watch can make phone call but the GPS doesn't work, the APP prompts that the device is offline?
A: It may be because the IP address of the watch doesn`t match your country, or your mobile carrier is not in our server.

This needs to modify the IP of the watch, or add the APN information of your SIM card to the watch.Please contact us, but don`t open a dispute,we will help you solve it.

Before contacting us, please use your phone to send SMS (pw,123456,ts#) to your watch's SIM card number.Then you will get a message reply, please give me a screenshot of this result.
